For students over the age of 18:

Permission is granted to Orchestral Recital Series of Tacoma for use of photography, audio, and video recordings of me, without compensation. Photography, audio and/or video recordings may be used for marketing, communications, online/internet videos, media, and other promotional activities exclusively for non-profit marketing purposes.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the above and agree to the terms of this release.
